Pre-Ordained Path

Believers need to understand that kingdom factors such as favour are best at work when walking in your preordained path. I love that believers can discover their preordained path quite early. There is a gospel musician who participated in a popular music event that shot her to fame after she won it. I met a good brother who was also a singer and participated in this same competition at the school level. This lady had been singing since she was 6 years old and continued in that line and in her twenties… boom… The difference between her and many of our contemporaries from school was simple, identify why you are here and continue doing it. Be so good at it. Be very good at it. Never look left or right. And with the anointing at work in you, you are set to hit the world for God. Favour flows with you this way.

Abraham was like this, he had a tunnel vision of what God wanted to do with his life. As old as he was, he kept walking along that path until all of God’s promises materialized. The Lord told him that, as far as he could see, it was for him. What are you seeing? Have a tunnel vision of your preordained path.

I have a senior brother in Christ who will tell stories of one of the great men of God in this country, they attended the same school together at a young age. He would tell many stories about the bishop and his conduct. What always makes the difference is walking in your calling consistently and making intentional decisions in alignment with it. I was really tired of that brother sharing that story, so whenever we are together, I stir the conversation in another direction. I want to hear doers, not story carriers.

PS: A huge win for Hilda Baci, congratulations to her, and Nigeria as a whole. Before you aspire to perspire, know that she set this journey in motion five years ago, actively practising, building a team, organizing, and getting sponsors. Destiny is not an accident; it takes intentional effort.
With the Holy Spirit in you, go take on the assignment you were born with. It is never late to start walking in your predestination in Christ Jesus.
