Love is Enough

You can love someone fiercely.
A love built on wonder.
Finally, you have seen the man or woman.
The constant glow on your face.
The happy energy you exude.
The smile whenever you are chatting with him or her over the phone.
His/her constant thought flood your heart often and then you smile and said to yourself, ‘’How lucky you are!’’
The joy of wanting to hold him/her
The feeling of enjoying each other’s embrace.
The rush of wanting to hear each other’s voice early in the morning.
Oh, the peace that floods your heart.
Suddenly, you know you are safe here.
Then you are vulnerable with everything in you.
Now you can share your horrible past without being judged.
Love can be fierce.
To believe in each other.
To be rooting for each other.
To believe the best about each other.
To stand with each other against all wiles.
To support each other.
The rush to hear each other’s voices every morning
The constant sharing of live pictures and video chat as the day progresses.
The love that holds the heart and makes one teary when you suddenly realise how blessed you are.
You grow into each other, knowing each other’s path and stirring one another to fulfill God-given destiny.
Love is indeed beautiful.

Suddenly, one of the parties changed.
The wonder in the person’s heart was gone.
The glow,
The joy,
The vulnerability,
The smile,
The energy faded like smoke.
Only one person maintained the energy.
Love is now coated with fears
The love that rode on vulnerability suddenly seeks perfection in all things.
Love now appears to be a chore
The vulnerability that was the backbone of a beautiful love turned into an arsenal to ruin it.
The other with the energy kept pushing, the more the push, the farther they become.
The one you love is now in oblivion.
Suddenly, the thoughts of how wonderful both of you are evaporating as water does under stress from heat.
Love will always be tested.

Love sees the best and stirs up the best in you.
Love cannot find fault.
Paul said love covers multitudes of sin.
Love can transform,
Love transforms both parties into the image of Him, not into anyone else’s image.
Love is patient.
Love is kind.
Love does not envy.
Love is not boastful.
Love is not conceited.
Love does not act improperly.
Love is not selfish.
Love is not provoked.
Love does not keep a record of wrongs.
Love finds no joy in unrighteousness but rejoices in the truth.
Love bears all things
Love believes all things
Love hopes all things.
Love endures all things.
Love never ends.

Love can fight for each other in this worst situation and come out very strong together only when both parties are willing to fight.
When one is fighting and the other is not interested, then the wonder called Love is gone.
After all, Love is enough, but the love may not be enough.
PS: You will love again and your love energy will be matched.
